What is the return period?
There is a 2 week return period once you purchase a plant from us.
Can you replace plant purchased elsewhere but that receives maintenance from Dr.Planter?
No, we only provide replacement for plants bought from us. Since we do not know where the plant you purchase came from, we can’t guarantee a replacement.
Can you return items when we buy/rent with maintenance?
If you buy/rent from us with maintenance then we replace free of charge within the 2 week return period.
